Every analytics tool on the market either ignores OwnerRez entirely or requires you to switch property management systems. Key Data, PriceLabs, MagicBNB — none of them have a native OwnerRez integration.
Occustat was built from the ground up on the OwnerRez API. Your bookings, charges, and guest data flow in directly. No exports, no CSV uploads, no copy-paste.
Built around the decisions STR operators actually need to make — not a generic analytics template.
20+ insight rules surface specific findings from your numbers — not just what's happening, but what it means and what's worth acting on.
Real operators using Occustat to stop guessing and start acting on their own numbers.
We handle the entire setup. You share your OwnerRez API key and we do the rest.
We're actively building integrations for Hospitable, Hostaway, and Guesty. Beta testers get in early, help shape what we build, and lock in discounted pricing that stays with them after launch. Reach out and we'll tell you more about where things stand on your platform.
One-time setup covers onboarding, data load, and full configuration. Monthly fee keeps it running and supported. Cancel any time.

We run a short-term rental portfolio in Hocking Hills. Like most OwnerRez operators, we had the raw data — bookings, revenue, channels, guests — but no good way to actually look at it. The reports OwnerRez generates are fine for record-keeping. They're not built for understanding what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it.
We couldn't find anything that pulled from OwnerRez natively, showed our actual net numbers, and gave us the kind of visibility we were looking for — so we built it ourselves. Occustat started as our own internal dashboard. Once it was working the way we wanted, we decided to offer it to other operators who were in the same position we were.
We still run it on our own portfolio every day. When we add something new, it's because we needed it ourselves first.
